hmm pe terjadi selepas post yg kt bwh tu..

WEIGHT: 49.7 (yeyy turun tuh o.3 kg.. agk nye sbb pg tuh dh g jogg dlu. ngee~)

(adess akak 2 kate lemak byk nie.. ideal dlm 18 kot. Ntah lupe tp yg sure mmg lebih lemak. Huhu sape nk lemak2 nie sila lah!!!)

(org tu kate lg muscle kne naikkn lagi. Sb ianya penting untuk badan n auto je ble kurg lemak so muscle akn naik)

(yg makin kembang kuncup ble dia kate sel bdn aku untuk org berumur 19 gitu. Muda jadinye... lalala~)

*yang lain2 biase jer. Okay jer just lemak n muscle je kne adjust ckit. fuh pasni kne byk jogg lg lah. Kawan2 jom lh joggggggggggg!!!!!! tgh berkobar2 nih...

#strategi diet harini adalah aku cari ikan (+protein aku) +sayur n seciput nasi. ewah.. makann berkhasiat gituh.. (ikn talapia yg aku ambk upenye. Seyes xsedap)

Nex time nk slalu amalkn diet yg seimbang. lalala~
Jeles je dgr sorg mmber nih beli quaker oat. (mknn berkhasiat tuh) >knp aku xde....

Xpe lh nengok lh beli ke x quaker oat tuh....
